TAC (Technical assistance center) is a state of the art customer support center of Nayatel which aims to provide top notch technical support services to Nayatel's customers throughout Pakistan. Being an NSE at TAC, following are my key responsibilities:♦ Providing on call Level 1 technical support to end users related to Nayatel tripple play services ( Internet, telephony and vedio)♦ Troubleshooting issues related to FTTH GPON/BPON broadband users connectivity (PPPoE and IPOE home and corporate internet services, Huawei ONTs, BRAS/PE routers, IP Cameras, IPTV, basic cable TV and POTS telephony)♦ Attended basic engineering training module which includes operations and workflow of all operations departments including systems, core, access, vedio, managed services, transmission and NGN departments. In this detailed training module of one month, We were briefed about detailed mechanism of end to end operations of Nayatel and its all operations depsrtment
