After resigning from Chimp Solutions I got Hired in Power of Visuals a American base company. I have to work remotely from home. The administration was very good and friendly. We created lot facebook applications there and I have to do front-end of them. I could only able to work one year as there timing was effecting me badly. To be Honest I could not manage myself according to there time table. So after a year I have to quit.

This was crucial time for my career and being Team Lead was bit difficult as I have to manage there work and My work too. I learned a lot. Later that experience comes handy.
