In my role as an International Tax Consultant, I focus on working with clients on their International Tax compliance and consulting requirements. Currently positioned as a Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager in EY supporting MENA region. Expertise on the Transfer Pricing documentation and planning engagements for MNE clients in MENA region specialized on Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UAE and Qatar legislations. I was involved in the preparation and review of Economic Substance Report filing in UAE. Experienced in Transfer Pricing documentation and country specific compliance projects for outbound corporates including preparation of Master files, local files and CbCR.I have been seconded to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to support the clients on the Transfer Pricing implementations. I have been actively involved in the entire project lifecycle from client acquisition, conducting FAR interview and analysis till the client presentation of reports.I also see my role as being an advisor who helps clients understand the law, its requirements, taxes, revenues and expenses which can be managed for their business success.Previously worked with Deloitte as an International Tax consultant supporting its U.S offices with the tax compliance and provision works.
