Alec has managed diverse teams in high pressure environments dealing in turn around opportunities as well as managing businesses that involve multiple countries and supply chains. The first half of Alec’s career was spent developing sound investment principals and skill sets whilst working for notable investment banks.Alec has a distinctive and contrarian outlook that is reflected in his management style, enabling him to get the most out of his teams and contributing greatly to his ability to uncover value. His leadership skills, experience in developing markets and ability to pro-actively manage the “down side” of new ventures is a great asset to the Aldenham Education Group.
