Job Responsibilities:- To manage portfolio of more than 140 Clients from Textile Industries.- To assist section head in managing departmental processes.- To assist section head in resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations in the section.- To guide and train junior staff as and when required.- To follow up with support staff in the team for on time issuance of Performa Invoice (PI)- To ensure effective flow of sales orders and maintains related records.- To keep close coordination with the customers for the approval of orders.- To confirm order in the Wing System and communicate lead time to the customer- To check availability of the required raw material for each order.- To follow up with import & export section for order completion.- To act as an authority for giving go ahead to shipping section to proceed for shipment.- To coordinate with the shipping section for the application of customs NOC. - To ensure filling of the shipped orders as per defined SOPs.- To share aging report with customer on monthly basis.- To perform any other duties/ project assigned by the management.ISMS Responsibilities:- Responsible to secure information- To protect the organization against consequences of breaches of the confidentiality.- Failures of integrality or interruptions to the availability of the information. - In case of any security breach due to mishandling, employee will be accountability.
