Lead, Manage, Design, develop and support nationwide Business Intelligence needs for the Federal Reserve Bank, by using various Business Intelligence tools like SAP’s Business Intelligence, Xcelsius, Tableau & MicroStrategy Informatica and plain SQL,etc.At Fed, I have the responsibility to get the project requirements from the business, analyze them, create and present Business Intelligence solution for the management. Following are few more responsibilities I have in my current role.Responsibilities• Design strategic reports for business, worked with developers to create webi reports, Xcelsius dashboard from those requirements. • Leading efforts with a BI conversion project from Business Objects to MicroStrategy. • Involved with various projects that are being built in Tableau.• Lead and Participate in creating Self-service BI platforms. • Create best practices for the team projects and provide leadership in helping others to adopt those standards. • Create and maintain high level executive reports in Xcelsius and low level management reports in Excel, Web Intelligence and plain SQL using TOAD. • Provide overall project oversight and work with business users and technical staff to keep project on track. • Participate in requirements gathering. • Support and participate in testing and training. • Develop test plans to perform testing on Business Intelligence platform, on Web Applications and on databases. • Train business users to use business intelligence solution – i.e, how to use their universe? • Conduct User Acceptance Testing with users on the newly built applications. • Develop and maintain relationship with the business users. Managed & worked on various Business Intelligence & web applications projects to satisfy Finance department’s reporting needs. I had the responsibility to get the project requirements from the business, analyze them and to present various solutions to them.While working on projects I had opportunities to analyze various businesses e.g., Fixed Income, Annuities & Insurance, Managed Accounts etc., and helped building business intelligence and web applications.

Analyzed, Designed and created an intranet application that provides the capability for creating and maintaining HP’s product information. Through this application HP’s Marketing Product Engineers introduce new products by defining various strategies for product marketing, sales, discounts and support. The Marketing product Engineers were provided the capability to modify, delete or define new business rules to be used in the system. Also, created Business Objects Universe on the database for Adhoc reporting using Desktop Intelligence.
