Lead, Manage, Design, develop and support nationwide Business Intelligence needs for the Federal Reserve Bank, by using various Business Intelligence tools like SAP’s Business Intelligence, Xcelsius, Tableau & MicroStrategy Informatica and plain SQL,etc.At Fed, I have the responsibility to get the project requirements from the business, analyze them, create and present Business Intelligence solution for the management. Following are few more responsibilities I have in my current role.Responsibilities• Design strategic reports for business, worked with developers to create webi reports, Xcelsius dashboard from those requirements. • Leading efforts with a BI conversion project from Business Objects to MicroStrategy. • Involved with various projects that are being built in Tableau.• Lead and Participate in creating Self-service BI platforms. • Create best practices for the team projects and provide leadership in helping others to adopt those standards. • Create and maintain high level executive reports in Xcelsius and low level management reports in Excel, Web Intelligence and plain SQL using TOAD. • Provide overall project oversight and work with business users and technical staff to keep project on track. • Participate in requirements gathering. • Support and participate in testing and training. • Develop test plans to perform testing on Business Intelligence platform, on Web Applications and on databases. • Train business users to use business intelligence solution – i.e, how to use their universe? • Conduct User Acceptance Testing with users on the newly built applications. • Develop and maintain relationship with the business users.
