Summary of Roles & Responsibilities: - Oversee large IT & Systems Programme and Projects across my organisation - Advice Senior Leadership Team of any IT and systems issues where their action or inaction will have significant implications/consequences - Ensured robust governance arrangements for IT, Systems and clinical systems across the organisation - Manage and negotiate the budgets for the IM&T teams - including national budget allocations, develop local business cases in line with NHS England business cases for IT and system investments as well local integration across health economy - Lead on developing strategic relationships for IT, clinical systems and Information between primary care providers, community providers, external partners and all key stakeholders - Develop and maintain complex Data Sharing agreements - Provide guidance and management on the procurement of IT products, systems and services. - Define requirements, develop specifications, bid evaluation methodology, project managing procurement including, achieving stakeholder buy-in, sign off for bid documentation, overseeing bid evaluation, award recommendation and sign off

Manage wide range of IM&T programmes delivering complex Informatics and systems programmes and projects.Lead the development and implementation of the IM&T Strategy. Accountable for managing, developing and maintaining contracts for the supply of goods and service required, fulfilling the delivery of IT Systems and services to the NHS Camden and CCCG.

Lead on the operational planning, design and implementation of a number of National Programme for IT (NPfIT) projects and associated work streams across local health economy in line with Primary Care and Service Improvement strategy.
