As the CEO and Chairman of WinBridge Tech Ltd, I lead a team of over 60 professionals, providing high-quality outsourcing solutions for U.S.-based clients in property preservation, maintenance, and restoration. Our services include managing contractor relationships, overseeing field operations, delivering detailed property reports, securing bid approvals, and managing accounting processes, all designed to help our clients streamline their operations and focus on their core business.My career began as the Managing Director of a buying house, an entrepreneurial venture where I gained critical insights into business operations, communication, and the key factors that drive success. While this first business did not succeed, it provided me with the resilience and practical knowledge needed for future endeavors. Afterward, I transitioned into real estate sales, where I further developed my negotiation and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of client relationship management.While working in sales, I pursued a Master’s degree in Population Sciences at Dhaka University, driven by a strong desire to contribute to society, particularly in improving the lives of underprivileged populations. This passion continues to influence my long-term vision of social impact.Following my academic journey, I joined a Bangladesh-Taiwan joint venture, where I took on roles in sales, logistics, and commercial management. My responsibilities included ship bookings, managing import/export documentation, liaising with clients and engineers for capital machinery setup, and coordinating with banks on financial transactions related to trade finance. This diverse experience helped me build a solid foundation in cross-border operations and commercial strategy.Today, at WinBridge Tech, I am focused on expanding our operations both in the U.S. and Bangladesh, offering clients comprehensive outsourcing solutions that include property field services, contractor hiring, photo analysis, reporting, and year-end accounting tasks. Our team’s ability to deliver quality results remotely has positioned us as a trusted partner for U.S. companies in real estate management.In addition to my business endeavors, I hold a long-term vision of building an athletic school for underprivileged and stray children, aiming to empower them to become significant contributors to the economy. I am also passionate about raising awareness around maternal health for rural and underprivileged pregnant women, ensuring that they have access to the care and support they need for healthier lives.
