 Responsible for modification /renovation of all type of electrical work like factory as build SLD,LPS system, substation load management, load calculation and distribution for new load, BBT Renovation/new installation, preparing the machine layout plan as per production demand and also analysis the BOQ according to the electrical installation. Diagnosis the faults, running the machine within the shortest possible time to ensure the smooth operation of production floor. In addition modify and implementation the design of control procedure in accordance with production developments. Troubleshoot the electrical equipment’s problem especially on automation system such as different type of sensors and measuring instruments like Pressure switch, level transducer, proximity sensor, PT-100 etc. Including power equipment’s for example VFD and PLC I/O module also. Monitoring different types of test periodically and prepare adequate documents such as IR test, Earth pit test, Thermography test, transformer oil test etc. Always ensure that the electrical installation and modification of factory are compliant according to national and international regulation like BNBC and NFPA. Thoroughly supervise and monitoring the substation, air conditioning system, boiler, compressor, including DB, SDB boards and also plan the preventive maintenance schedule periodically in accordance to keep record in future.  Organize and prepare factories for facing different audits like RSC and also LEED certification. Updating CAP, Prepare and maintain all kind of log book, audit related reports on daily, weekly, monthly and annually.

• Maintaining all types of preventive maintenance schedule, take corrective actions in time for smooth operation the factory's machineries • Supervising, monitoring & Working the maintenance of Dyeing-Finishing machine (Fong's, Sclavos, Tong Geng, lafer Compactor, Bruckner, corino Slitting, Bianco Slitting, Tube-tex), Boiler, WTP, ETP, Air Compressor, Knitting m/c.(Fukuhara, Gongli, Santex, ) LAB Machine (Robo LAB, Lawer, Mathis, Electrolux Dryer, Electrolux Washing, Washcator, Light fastness ,Gyro Wash), Lawer Auto-Dispensing (Chemical, Dyes, Salt-Soda).• Maintaining the Generator backup entire electrical system operation as need.• Works as a troubleshooter for breakdown maintenance.• Internal Audit Related Work.• Preparing SLD as Per RSC Standard.• Preparation spare parts (Local/ Import) requirements for the time being.• Communication between consultant and factory site & Repot to Maintenance GM.• Calibrate machines, tools and equipment basis on requirements.• Operation & Maintenance of electromechanically equipment’s.• Control Manpower of department.• Solving emergency troubleshooting & 24/7 system machinery running without any error.• Perform any tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
