I'm a Research Fellow at University of Dhaka. I recently completed my MS in Physical Chemistry from the University of Dhaka with a 4.00 GPA, which provided me with advanced knowledge in materials, electrochemistry, and catalysis. My BS in Chemistry from the same university gave me a basic understanding of chemistry (Theoretical and Experimental).My graduate research work at the Material Chemistry Laboratory(MCRL), involved Ionic Liquids and Double Salt Ionic Liquids as soft templates to control nanoparticle formation for electrocatalysis. I've tuned morphology for magnetic, optical, and electrocatalytic activities. Thus, I can design experiments, synthesize nanoparticles, and characterize materials using FESEM, DLS, FTIR, XPS, and XRD. I can estimate magnetic, optical, and electrocatalytic properties utilizing VSM, DRS, and Voltammetric techniques. Along with this, photocatalysis was my undergrad research.I volunteered in several groups and represented my class for four years. Being ChemFusion's Co-Founder and Founding President was a privilege, where we worked for encouragement in chemistry, soft skills, and research culture. During my turn, the American Chemical Society provided us grant for "ChemFusion International ChemFest-2022" which has a significant impact on students. I learned teamwork, policymaking, event planning, and management. Working hard to finish is my strength. I want to help people solve major issues and make my community happy, thus, I joined the startup “Onubeen” in 2018.My journey to Chemistry and extracurricular indicated to me that green energy solutions are necessary for a better future. In the age of climate change, energy crises, and economic inflation, renewable energy can alleviate many more problems. So, I want to work in materials science, especially renewable energy.
