IIDFC is one of the major players in the local large loan syndication market.o Managing high profile medium clients relationship;o Exploring Financing opportunities with SME clients;o Processing SME finance i.e. Term Loan, Short Term Loan, Bridge loan, Revolving Loan and Lease Finance with hybrid financial mechanism to support the business needs of the clients;o Structuring and Composite Finance the debts based on project requirement;o Prepare Executive Memo for managemento Financial ratio analysis of the projects o Credit Risk Assessment & Mitigation;o Providing credit analysts the necessary guidance and direction in due diligence;o Providing Relationship Managers and financial analysts the necessary guidance and direction in analysis and Credit committee memo preparation;o Calculating and Analyzing the Balance Sheet & Income Statement, Cash flow analysis, Late Payment, IRR, NPV, PMT, SLV and Undertaking for CIB.o Guiding the in-house legal team and CAD for preparation and execution of all legal documents;o Outlining risk management strategies;
