Throughout his career, he has worked with renowned organizations such as Gannett Fleming, Aga Khan Development Network (projects of USAID, KfW, United Nations), US Army Corps of Engineers. His expertise spans a wide range of areas, including structural audit, earthquake-resistant design, seismic retrofitting, probabilistic and deterministic seismic hazard assessment, multi-hazard, vulnerability and risk assessment, climate-smart construction, rural and urban sustainable planning, construction project management, design management, construction inspection.Hasibullah possesses specific expertise in the development of resiliency programs focused on risk reduction and risk-sensitive planning, seismic risk assessments of existing buildings, including ASCE41 evaluation of structural and non-structural (FEMA-74) components, and on-site visual evaluations (destructive and non-destructive testing). He is well-versed in Post-Earthquake Damage Assessment using ATC-20, resilient construction project management, design management with multi-disciplinary design professionals, contract management as per FIDIC standards, scheduling and time management, cost management and value engineering.Throughout his career, Hasibullah has lived and worked in more than 10 countries. He has collaborated with professionals from North America, the EU, South and Central Asia. His academic qualifications include a MSc degree in Earthquake Engineering from the Institute for Advanced Studies of Pavia (IUSS) in Italy, as well as MSc degree in Geomechanics, Civil, and Risks from Joseph Fourier University in France. He also holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal in India.
