I have been working in the area of community-based natural resource management, biodiversity conservation and climate change (governance/advocacy and capacity development) adaptation and resilience development in urban and rural communities of the coastal areas of Bangladesh for more than a decade. My area of interest is climate change adaptation and mitigation, carbon financing, natural resource governance, nature based solution to climate change, community motivation and mobilization towards natural resource management and conservation, urban and rural resilience development and working on economic justice especially for less fortunate or marginal people. I am experienced in vulnerability analysis using software based analysis matrix. By training I am experienced on ecosystem management, ecological zoning, ILO prescribed method on rural economic empowerment, micro-capital grant management, solid waste management. I have been engaged in program management, operation, administration, procurement, logistics, monitoring and evaluation of the programs implemented by partner and partner NGOs for the last 5 years. Currently, I am working with Community Development Center (CODEC) and Oxfam as a Community Resilience Officer/City Program Lead in BRUC ASIA Project funded by UCCRTF.
