Part of the design team that works with students enrolled in the Technology Entrepreneurship Program, a one of its kind intervention that aims to uncover innovative entrepreneurial ideas from engineering colleges across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.Over 2 years I was involved with:- Content Design: Designed workshop content mapping to learning need of engineering students as well as various learning content such as workbooks, toolkits and webinars. - Facilitated close to 25+ design thinking workshops for close to 700 students focusing on making them comfortable with design thinking as a technique for problem solving and uncovering tech-innovations.-Idea Validation & Prototyping Workshops: Facilitated 17 workshops for 400 students enabling them to do critical evaluation of their ideas while building low fidelity prototypes.-Innovation Hackathons: Conceptualised & Designed a framework for the hackathons as well as a customised problem identification tool that identified possibilities between user, goal and context, leading to specific problem statements/opportunities. Facilitated 9 Hackathons across 25 colleges with 450 students spread across two states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.- Product Development: Mentored top six teams from the 2016-18 cohort through their journey of product development, enabling them to refine their ideas, improve their product design and usability according to user needs. -Prototyping Kit: Designed a prototyping kit that enabled participating students to quickly translate potential ideas into low fidelity concept prototypes of their entrepreneurial ideas, that was used by 600 students across multiple workshops and approximately 200 prototypes were produced using the kits.
