Duties:• Alert with issue, information & timeline of existing project• Ensure SDLC process success• Communicate with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals• Assist and contribute to the planning, development and implementation of projects deliverable• Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverable• Handle and prepare documentation (URS, Project Management Report, etc.)• Tracking and reporting project progress• Analyzing data and researching information as required• Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner• Conducting administrative duties (preparing invoices, quotation, scheduling meetings, set up meetings and record MOM)
