● Prepare accurate monthly accounts on time by compiling and analyzing financial information.● Finalize year-end accounts, prepare reports, and submit them to the management and respective stakeholders.● Lead, Supervise, and manage staff members of the division by coordinating activities, and providing instructions and positive feedback for their work-related queries and clarifications.● Liaise with internal and external auditors.● Prepare budgets by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and conducting variance analysis.● Prepare financial reports monthly and quarterly in order to submit them to the management.● Reconciliation of balance sheet items and analysis of financial information.● Responsible for treasury management.● Conduct project evaluations and feasibility analyses based on the company’s requirements.● Responsible for all financial transactions and financial operations handled by the Finance Division and maintaining the confidentiality of same.● Maintain information security and compliance by following up, implementing, and maintaining proper internal controls.

● Overall responsibility for the completion of Audit Engagements, Agreed Upon procedures, and Business Advisory Services on the field prior to reporting to the partner.● Establish an Overall Audit Strategy that sets the scope, timing, and direction of an audit.● Developing a risk-based audit program for each area of audit.● Evaluate and test the effectiveness of Internal Controls which are designed and implemented by the company.● Review financial statements to ensure that it is prepared and presented in accordance with IFRS and relevant regulations.● Provide engagement supervision in addressing significant matters arising during the engagement.● Report the progress of the engagement to the audit manager and the partner at Ernst & Young.● Directs, counsels, and instructs staff assistants assigned to the engagement, and reviews their work for sufficiency of scope and accuracy.● Communicating significant audit issues to the client’s top management and escalating issues to the senior managers.● Prepare audit reports or reports of factual findings in accordance with relevant standards and legislation.● Communicate to the client’s management the internal control weaknesses identified during the audit and provide recommendations to improve the efficiency of internal controls by way of a Management Letter.
