Duties and responsibilities: Job Includes on quantity measurement and usage analysis. Lead the team and completes the work in stipulated time. Making the site plan and daily work plan. Site execution of fit out, joinery, glazing & partitions etc. Setting out of tile, false ceiling & carpentry work. Thorough study of BOQ. Read the drawings and check the work is done as per the drawing or not. Dealing with clients, vendor’s suppliers and contractors for completion of work andmaking working drawings according to that. Execution of firefighting, HVAC, Green Wall, plumbing work and interior related civilwork. Execution and implementation of Elevation work.
