I have an immersive understanding of technology and its evolution over 30 years which gives me a clear view of leveraging it usefully for Business / Digital / AI Transformation and I implemented transformations that were the core driver for iVistec’s growth.I have deep strengths in enterprise scale technology solutions management and development, IT Infrastructure design and setup, Service delivery center setup t in US healthcare, US toll free industry and other domains coupled with, broad service delivery experience across industries, with all the intricacies of servicing, designing, transforming and running large scale operations using the latest technologies and infrastructure.I have very deep capabilities in process design, automation, process maturity, cybersecurity and compliance (SSAE18, NIST CSF, ISO2700x, HIPPA for example).Finally, my passion outside of business is understanding quantum tunnelling and, its correlation to life, Atmospheric optical photography, and watching cricket.
