Worked under the Facilities Management Integrated (PVT) Ltd. Maintenance Engineer of the residence building which is 43 storied luxury apartment complex located in the heart of Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Property Manager / Maintenance (On site)• Leading the Property Management office.• Administrating MEP operation and maintenance unit along with the soft services. • Identify risk / issues at strategic & operational level, report to Condominium Management Council and strategized the resolution. • Directly communicating with the residents and full filling their requirements. • Preparing the Utility Invoices, Handling account payments and all related account works.• Managing new technologies like residential management software (Neighbium) to provide an effective service.

I was selected for the hard service category which focus mainly on Mechanical Field, and our main facility building was Colombo City Center. In this site I was able to cover many systems including Air Conditioning, Generators, Plumbing System, Fire Detection and Protection system and escalator and elevators maintenances.
