• Participating in on-going overseas training and obtaining industry certifications. (Canon Singapore Pvt Ltd)• Conducting product training to Regional business unit and Showroom technicians. • Ordering Spare Parts, managing and organizing inventory.• Physical as well as remote device management and control Device Configuration.• Provide customers with the highest level of service with prompt responses and effective communication.• Developing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with all necessary departments to ensure all daily interactions are handled in a seamless fashion.• Ability to multi-task.• Ability to work independently and without constant supervision.• Accurate and timely completion of reports and documentation.

• Visit customers for complex repairs, installations and replacements of Acer, Canon hardware/software products.• analyze, document and solve technical issues and problems.• Train customers in the use of the product, Maintenance. (Hardware/Software).• provide feedback to product management and developers.• provide technical support to other colleagues in the field and to customers if necessary.• collaborate with professional services and support staff regarding integration solution post-sales services.• occasionally on call 24 hours a day and are regularly on call 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
