RESPONSIBILITIES- Worked with a team of 15 members of the secretariat to successfully organise an international conference in Sri lanka- Was responsible for organising flight itineraries and travel plans for all international delegates that attended the conference.- Worked efficiently in a fast-paced decision-making environment which was responsible for the management of over 1000 delegates form 103 countries.- The role required excellent communication skills, critical thinking and engaging in a multicultural environment to achieve the most effective solutions.ACHIEVEMENTS- Successfully organised all travel requirements and accommodation for all the attending delegates form over 103 countries.- The overall conference was a major success and was regarded as extremely well organised and an overall enjoyable experience by the attendees.
