I was responsible for helping to prepare food, keeping the dishes clean, training new drivers, maintaining government vehicles, and delivering our products in a timely manner.

At Texas Roadhouse, my responsibilities quickly grew. I was hired as a prep cook, but was quickly trained in every position. Shortly afterwards i was put in charge of the training programs.
