Throughout my year career in the power generation industry, I’ve always made it a priority to constantly seek opportunities to gain new experience and challenge myself to continue learning. My experiences as both a manager and individual contributor have helped solidify my foundation of core skills and identify opportunities to continually develop new ones. A common thread throughout my career has been the innate ability to develop and translate business strategies into tangible action and repeatedly identify and drive improvements in organizational and operational excellence.As an Engineer, I have always been passionate about understanding the ‘how’ and ‘why’ which I relentlessly seek through application of my analytical, problem solving, and leadership skills. I truly believe problem solving is best achieved in collaborative teams built with members from different backgrounds and experience. I have successfully applied this principle in situations ranging from solving small customer problems up to developing and implementing new functional teams within the business.
