Estimation Engineer
Current• Prepare quotation, Documentation, Submittals and submission on time & follow up with the existing quotation and convert it into LPO• Generate new opportunities for fire Alarm& Fire fighting, FM 200, Kitchen Hood Fire Suppression System & maintenance requirements to increase market share.• Doing Site Survey: Estimation of fire alarm fire fighting system costing technical discussion with consultant, contractor, and client.• Discuss costing with estimation team, submit quotes and pricing in lieu with the customers enquiries on time.• Making prequalification documents.• Work closely with the Design, Estimation & Maintenance Engineers to fulfill client’s requirements.• Good Knowledge of NFPA standards & Civil defense codes comments of Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting System.• Reviewing the BOQ& Drawings, Comments Sheet of QCD and submit quotation and Submittal.• Capable to estimate the quantities and price for Fire Protection, Detection & Suppression System for commercial/Industrial buildings/Facilities.• Create clients activity reports and reports to the manager on a Daily/Weekly Basis.• Coordinate with the credit control team & follow up on credit Facility Application for newly acquired customers.• Support the accounts team to ensure that receivable collected on time.• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending education workshops and training.• Good awareness of upcoming projects and opportunities to maximize order.• Provide appropriate solution or recommendation to meet of anticipated client’s needs or requirements & demonstrate proposed cost reduction.• Good awareness of upcoming projects and opportunities in order to maximize order.
