Responsibilities included:• Cloudera Hadoop framework, server infrastructure, and associated analytic tools (e.g. Tableau, Datameer)• Development of architecture road maps• Migration planning and execution• Release management• Capacity planning• Support processes• Transition from proof-of-concept to production environment• Completed Cloudera Administrator Training for Apache Hadoop

IS Program Management responsibility for all systems supporting the Consumer Relations function, including:• Social command center - IS lead for Kraft's "Looking Glass" social command centers featuring six screen video walls with integrated audio and phone support. Responsible for the technical architecture, configuration, and implementation of the command center control PCs, including the design and development of an HTML based touch screen user interface for controlling and interacting with the command center video wall. Implemented remote access solution for providing off site support and provided operator/user training for marketing analysts.• Third party call management center - IS liaison with 3rd party call center provider, responsible for integration and data feeds between their systems and Kraft's systems.• In-house developed consumer contact reporting system – responsible for managing client relationship, enhancements, .Net and SQL upgrades, and 3rd party off shore application support personnel.

As an Innovation Delivery Lead, contributed to the development of Kraft’s Digital Innovation team, a small group of IS professionals focused on leveraging innovation in the Consumer, Customer, and Enterprise landscapes to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities/accomplishments include: • Collaborating with partners and clients in the development of innovation processes, conducting brainstorming sessions, and prototype development for transforming concepts into reality.• Designed and developed digital consumer experiences featured at various public events, tradeshows, and venues including the Olympics (London), Benicassim Music Festival (Spain), NAMA One Show, NRF Big Show, and a national chain grocery store. Delivered a mobile app enabling sales force personnel to capture and report potential trade mark violations in-store.• Provided Digital Innovation quarterly reporting for executive management and to promote innovation across the organization.• Awarded multiple design patents

Responsible for the wireless infrastructure and data collection equipment supporting Kraft's warehouse management systems across 30+ distribution and production facilities supporting more than 3,000 devices.
