I am an educator and education researcher with over 15 years of experience (e.g. teaching, tutoring, adult education, program design, facilitation and mentoring, and education management). I have designed and conducted PD trainings (IT companies included), course evaluations, assessments, coaching and mentoring throughout my career. I am a co-founder and CEO of Paradigma Educational Foundation, which initiates and implements educational projects across Armenia.I hold my doctorate from the University College London. My main expertise is in teacher/adult education and development, teacher professionalism and agency, education policy and research. My research interests focus on policies and practices of professional development and the contexts of teaching and learning.
