• Recruitment & Selection:- Prepare Manpower Planning & Managing complete• recruitment process for all departments through job portals and reference• Screening the candidates by conducting telephonic or personal interviews.• Handling joining & exiting formalities of employees and maintaining personal files.• Making offer letter, appointment letter, experience letter, relieving letter, full and final• Payroll:- Maintaining & Tracking Attendance, Responsible for Processing & Processing of Full & Final Settlements of resigned employees.• Performance Evaluation& Management, Promotions, Demotion, Termination • Liaison with Banks for activation of corporate salary accounts.• Employee Relations & welfare: - Conducted events like employee birthday and Sending Interacted with employees so as to feel the pulse of the organization and bring about Changes as well as improvements. Clarifying employees queries about the HR policies.• Maintaining HRIS & MIS: - Maintaining personal files of employees and documentation.• Ensure the employee code is generated and handed over to the employees as soon as he join• Ensure all the details of the employees are entered in the HRIS as soon as he/she joins the Organization.• Day to day operations of the HR functions and duties• Handling Liaisoning Duties

Handling complete end to end recruitment cycle of IT Sector, Financial Companies, for PAN India level and achieving performance targets consistently. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Understanding the job requirement, the role / JD, Age, Experience, Qualification, Salary etc in detail from the Client / HR Manager.• Sourcing the right resumes as per the client requirement by using Job Portals (Naukri / Times Jobs), mass mailing, references, internal database, social sites etc. • Placing job requirements (Job Posting) on the Job Portals to increase available candidate pool. • Maintaining internal database of candidates for future purposes.• Screening the resumes on the criteria of Skill Set, Years of Experience, Job Responsibilities, Location, Projects Worked On, Organizations worked with, Salary Expectations, Education, etc. • Conducting a short telephonic interview & Educating prospective candidates about the Client’s Company profile as well as their requirements. (Designation, Job Responsibilities, Salary Range etc.)• Scheduling Interview: Sending suitable resumes to client & Issuing interview call letter to shortlisted candidates and scheduling interviews between shortlisted candidates and client.• Follow Up: Follow up for interviews feedback and understanding the client’s requirement in case of negative feedback. Continuously taking the follow up with the client company and the candidate until the position is closed (till the candidate is joined).• Providing regular reports and status updates to the superior.
