Project: Full Field review and water flood optimization for tight carbonates SAMA and RAMA Field, Kuwait• Worked on full field modeling and field development planning of Sabryah-Maudud (SAMA) and Raudhatain-Maudud reservoir in Kuwait.• Helped build and history match (using T-Nav and Eclipse) a high resolution geo cellular (20 Million grid cells) model. • Spearheaded the production logs interpretation used to identify the high permeability streaks and calculate their permeability. Integrated the high permeability streaks into the geo model as a separate rock type for matching WCUT at producers during water injection in the reservoir.• Performed detailed SCAL analysis for finalizing capillary pressure and relative permeability (oil and Gas) curves to be used in simulation.• Interpreted the available PVT data samples from the field and spearheaded the equation of state tuning (EOS) technique and methodology. Implemented API tracking in the full field simulation model to represent the fluid changes with depth accurately and help match the observed fluid gradients observed in the MDT/RFT samples.• Performed fault seal analysis to history match the observed pressure data.
