MBA has imparted a comprehensive understanding of business and management while subjects like Market Research and Marketing in Global Context have helped me gain immense knowledge to identify new markets and opportunities. I also undertook a research project on Customer Relationship Management in Retails Industry and an internship with Marks & Spenser, which helped in understanding the customer’s changing needs, how to leverage on those needs and determining the factors that affect the customer’s decision making process.
