As the IT Manager at Marwa Medical Complex (MMC), I oversee the IT operations and provide technical support to more than 100 staff members and clients. I am responsible for managing the IT budget, maintaining the network security, and implementing the IT policies and procedures. I have a bachelor's degree in software engineering from Abbottabad University of Science and Technology, and I have developed expertise in HIMS software, Odoo and Talley, these are popular ERP and accounting software. I have also acquired skills in SEO and social media marketing, which I use to promote MMC's online presence and reputation.
