Structuring credit to assigned portfolios and assessing credit worthiness of potential customers while adhering to the Bank’s credit risk policies. Periodically prepare credit reviews, approve draw requests and responsible for monitoring and control for driving profitable business growth.- Leading all aspects of analysis of an assigned portfolio- Ensuring business operations follow the applicable requirements (e.g. financial controls, segregation of duties, transaction approvals and physical control of assets) to increase profitability and enable business growth -Developing and implementing strategies to dedicatedly promote products, sales, services and banking capabilities- Contributing to business objectives for Operational Excellence- Interpreting internal and external business challenges and the industry environment, recommend courses of action and standard methodologies to improve products, processes or services- Participating fully as a member of the team, supporting a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest- Providing thought leadership and industry knowledge for own area of expertise and participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business unit- Keeping current on emerging trends and developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools and techniques- Managing Asset based portfolio of 6 Branches, including SITE, Korangi Industrial Area, Shahra-e-Faisal, Shaheed-e-Milat, Khyb-e-Jami and Clifton. (Including NTBs and ETBs).

• To achieve budgetary and business targets in terms of portfolio yield, by securing both new business (NTB) and existing business (ETB) relationships while maintaining high ethical and professional standard.• Monitoring of risks associated with portfolio on a regular basis & ensuring timely recovery of financial obligations that becomes due.• Correspond and follow up with internal and external departments for speedy flow of transactions and business deals.• To ensure compliance with Bank’s credit policies, prudential and any other regulatory requirements by State Bank of Pakistan.• To prepare quality credit proposals including facility structuring, industry analysis, company analysis, facility review, customer profitability analysis, financial analysis, spreading and projection, risk scorecard (FRR/ORR/CRR), environmental and regulatory checklist, documentation and etc. • Preparation of routine business call reports, offer letters, sanction advises while conducting periodic visits to customer’s factory/site and submitting visit reports to management.• Communicates clearly and concisely. Listens to other in order to understand issues, problems or needs.• Perform activities under Shariah compliance.• Attaining training sessions as and when required.• Observe strict monitoring over Audit, Compliance and Service Quality.

Preparation of extensive credit underwriting on quarterly basis for credit facilities up to PKR 3 Billion / $ 30 Million / AED 100 Million. • Credit underwriting include analysis of financial statements, cash flows analysis, ratios analysis and analysis of industry trends by taking assistance from spreading financial, calculating collateral and security adequacy. • Computing and updating customer's risk rating and prepare credit scorecard on quarterly, semi-annually and upon renewal of credit facilities. Furthermore, exhaustive analysis of credit limit is done as per the company's TM-RAC and approval documents.• Perform due diligence, regulatory compliance, financing documentation, collateral / security perfection and audit preparation of new / existing clients.• Preparation inter-office memoranda for NOCs, deferrals, charge up gradation / vacation, exceptions and transaction related approvals. • Preparation of Shariah Process Flows for renewal of facilities and annual close-outs.• Soliciting feedback from the clients on regular basis to assess their satisfaction with lending relationship and alert the line manager of client requests and concerns.• Cross-Functional Communication – maintaining follow-ups and required correspondence with different divisions like treasury, trade, finance, legal, credit administration, bank branches to ensure smooth transactions.• Traveling for client calls, site visit, and stock inspections on regular basis across the nation.

- Key account management of corporate portfolio of PKR 350 Million.- Daily performance analysis and report of mutual fund for clients, management, sales team and fund managers.- Special assignment with business development and marketing team: new investment plans for “early savers”.

• Distilling complex data sets into easy to follow and actionable insights.• Analyze current customer’s system capabilities and outline technology solutions, options and recommendations.• Planning and coordinating project delivery between business units and development team.• Reconcile design models with business requirements; designs application prototypes.• Develop and maintain system documentation, process maps, and design notes to share knowledge.• Scenarios testing to ensure the developed system(s) meet the technical and functional specifications; product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance.• Using management knowledge to diagnose issues with applications and infrastructure and resolves escalated support issues.
