Current• Registration of C-Corp in Delaware, US and communicate with the registered agent on relevant matters.• Filling of Form SS-4 to obtain EIN, setup a bank account of the company, and communicating with IRS on relevant matters.• Drafting and finalizing Company Bylaws, Board Consent Notices, Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreements (CIIA), Co-founders’ Vesting Agreements, and Employee Stock Options Plans (ESOP).• Revising Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE) in accordance with the regulations applicable in Pakistan.• Drafting, revising, and finalizing MOUs with hospitals, employee NDAs, and Prototype Testing Agreements with users.• Incorporate company (SMC-PVT LTD) with SECP, Pakistan and ensure compliance to form a subsidiary in the future.• Research and identify potential investors, backed by a history of successful investments in comparable ventures.
