Roles & Responsibilities1. Preparation of Quotations, Proforma and Tax Invoices.2. Create and update SOA for each project.3. Monitor and track all expenses related to general and projects.4. Petty cash management5. Preparation of monthly reports.6. Vat filing.7. Keep updated about the government authorities Decor application process (DM, DCD, Trakhees, Tecom etc...8. Preparing necessary documents and drawings checklist for submissions.9. Follow up with the client to provide the documents as per checklist.10. Coordinating between draftsman, manager and clients.11. Apply submissions and inspections to authorities accordingly.12. Manage to pay the authorities payments on time.13. Manage to notice the application issues with the authorities.14. Follow up with authorities until the final completion

Roles & Responsibilities:1. Creating and Maintaining filing systems, organizing/storing paper works, documents and computer based-information.2. General administrative and clerical support.3. Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.4. Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries. 5. Managing petty cash transactions.
