DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Preparation (evaluations) and submission of the monthly interim payment application and follow-up for certification. • Managing Variations & Potential Claims (Notification, Preparation, Negotiation, Etc.) and maintaining the log.• Verification of subcontractor invoices and Prepare payment certificates.• Preparation of Cost impact analysis due to deviation.• Negotiating with the Subcontractors to agree on the terms of Price, Duration, and Payment.• Preparation and adherence to project Purchasing Targeting and Costing Budgets.• Assist with cost, revenue, and forecasting preparation.• Preparing the assessment and settlement of Sub-contractors variations/claims.• Contacting queries on details, specifications with client or designer and consultants Sources suppliers and special trade contractors of specified materials/trades.• Participating in site meetings with the client, the consultant, or the subcontractor and suppliers.• Sending enquiry letters to subcontractors and suppliers and taking quotations.• Provide QS support to the project team.

 Duties & Responsibilities:• Verifying progress measurements in coordination with Site Engineers.• Taking off quantities from drawings & on site if necessary• Preparing Interim Payment Applications.• Preparing Bill of Materials and purchasing.• Preparing Sub-Contractors progress payment certificates.• Maintain records of site measurements and quantities.• Assessment and settlement of Sub-Contract’s variations/claims.• Tabulating of Sub-contractor price comparison and recommendations.• Handling all contractual correspondence in co-ordination with Project Manager.

 Duties & Responsibilities:• Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and contract documents.• Preparation of quantity take-offs to generate bills of quantities.• Assemble and analyze pre-cost estimates for tenders.• Create and evaluate supplier material enquiries and quotations.• Deal with Subcontractors’ Procurements.• Carry out any task that is required by management.
