Credit & Risk-Assisting Management in -Bank credit polices, SBP's prudential regulations and Micro Finance Act compliance to review loan application prior to approval; -Take full responsibility of all functional areas particularly the integrity of credit risk processes; -Credit portfolio review and credit decisions making; -Credit operation monitoring; like NADRA and eCIB verification control; -Pre/ Post-Disbursed Review of credit portfolio; -Feedback on improvements in Credit Risk Guideline and procedures; -To review samples of disbursed loans for quality control; -Take all measures to achieve the end objectives as to minimize PAR. -client visit for random checking of utilization of loan amount to confirm authenticity of Borrower and Guarantor(s); -Co-ordination with IT, product, Outreach and Business for the purpose of managing information and improving risk administration process. -Cross verification of all data gathered through diffrent sources.

•Business Growth: Implement approved sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives by agreeing micro level sales/service delivery plans with RM and ensuring on track performance•Portfolio Management: Proactive collection perusal, ensuring timely repayment of loans and negotiation directly or through other elements included in KBLs distribution channel.•Compliance: Conduct loan booking in strict compliance with KBLs policies, procedures and ethics standards; facilitate in implementing internal control standards in letter and spirit.•Product Knowledge: Ensure continuous review of product and service related knowledge and recommend areas of improvement through personal/client feedback.•Service Quality: Meet internal service standards and ensure no service related complaints are received from customers.
