My Key responsibilities include:● Working on Agile methodologies for identifying and documenting client requirements to design, develop, integrate, and implement client’s business on various business solution CRMs i.e. ZOHO, ShopVox, Buildium, etc.● Collaborate internally within the organization and with customers from across several functional areas to understand key functional needs and translate these needs into building new features/products and enhancements to existing features/products● Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the business process development in order to maximize the efficiency, effectiveness and overall quality of the system● Manage roll-out of new features/products to customers and clients, including training relevant users and communicating updates with management● Migrate data from different systems into ZOHO or other CRM/ERP platforms● Execution of new functionality such as layouts, custom objects, and fields, reports, and dashboards providing an analytical picture to clients in order for them to make necessary decisions at the right time. Schedule and manage reports to client sales teams ● Ensure data quality in customer deliverable via rigorous QA review prior to release● Customer support specialist for launched systems/features to ensure bugs and issues are addressed effectively and efficiently● Documentation and preparation of training manuals for clients and internal teams● Training of client teams on the developed system/features● Leading a team of highly capable developers and analysts to help provide a complete client solution

• Evaluate Technical Documentation (AD/CN/SB/SIL/OIT/AOT/VSB/TFU) issued by airworthiness authorities, aircraft manufacturers or vendors and take necessary action in a timely manner (e.g. issue EO, Evaluation Notice, etc.) • Monitor, control and maintain AD/SB Compliance Status. • Evaluate technical and commercial proposals, retrofit modification orders and incorporate engineering change request and make recommendations. • Analyze and find solutions to the problems related to components and systems that exceed alert levels in reliability reports and issue necessary technical documentation and coordinate/consult with various in-house departments, vendors and manufacturers as needed to implement the solution. • Initiate campaign inspection, modification and engine /APU/component shop visits as applicable and coordinate all concerned to ensure their timely accomplishment.• Plan and manage material (mod kits, components) required against EOs. • Develop and Implement policies, standards, and procedures within the department to ensure airworthiness requirements are fulfilled.• Induction of aircraft with complete documentation review while acting as a liaison between the MRO, lessor, and SAI. Assign, co-ordinate and review the technical work of the department and project teams.• Monitor Check C maintenance activities as customer representative at different MRO’s as and when required and a focal point is various technical audits and physical inspections.

• Development of aircraft maintenance program, preamble and preparation of job task cards for maintenance checks. • Ensuring that the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) is controlled, managed and developed as required by the continuous airworthiness requirements of the regulator and operator.• Evaluation of airworthiness directives, Service bulletins, AOT’s and service letters issued by regulatory authorities, manufacturers and vendors (SB/ SL/AOT/FLEET TEAM DIGEST). • Planning for modifications, authoring of engineering change orders (ECO’s) and development of bill of materials (kits/ special tools).• Monitor Check C maintenance activities as customer representative at different MRO’s as and when required and a focal point is various technical audits and physical inspections.

• Conduct initial and periodic inspection of aircraft on induction and at various AOC and C of A audits with complete physical and documentation review.• Inspection of aircraft, review and report discrepancies and provide assistance in troubleshooting• Monitoring of airworthiness directives, Service bulletins, AOT’s and service letters issued by regulatory authorities. • Part of Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) team to control, manage and developed AMP as required by the continuous airworthiness requirements of the regulator and operator.• Monitor AD/SB/SL evaluation meeting. Reviewing of evaluation notices. Authoring of AD/SB task cards, non-routine task cards.• Co-ordinate with technical records for maintaining and keeping all the records, check packages and historical records. Fully conversant with the knowledge of Aircraft Documentation and Records keeping, knowledge of AMM, IPC, SRM, WDM, Work Packages and Maintenance Schedules.• Performed Pre and post flight Inspections, weekly and A-checks• Review of aircraft documents and historical records
