My duties during this internship included:1. Maintaining shared collaboration servers across contingents in Singapore, USA and China using SQL Server Management to ensure minimum server downtime.2. Optimized workflow for troubleshooting common errors through collaboration with senior officers.3. Running automated tests on Virtual Machines and optimizing manual testing for higher work efficiency.4. Obtained valuable insights on team management and how it affects group dynamics.

1. Raised S$250,000 from NUS alumni to support financially needy current students by working along with 50 other associates.2. Updating alumni records and informing them of current and ongoing NUS developments.
