-Providing management with legal advice and employment law-related matters-Represent the Company at Arbitration and legal disputes in the courts and official bodies-Following the legal proceedings filed by the company or against it and make sure to take appropriate legal procedures to preserve the rights of the company and achieve its objectives.Organize and Update Legal documents (Critical Documents, Original Contracts, and Licenses).-Organize, Update and complete all the following documents :-Federation of Construction and Building Contractors-Government Health InsuranceInsurance Contracting Contracts-Mobile Lines and Landlines-Vehicle Licenses (Renewal, Licensing, Purchase, And Sale Of Company Vehicles.-Chamber Of Commerce (Fees Due and Completion of Work Procedures for Certificates of Origin-Commercial Register (Renewing the Commercial Register and Extracting an Extract from It Or Any Additions To It)Importers Card (Additions or Renewal)-Exporters Card (Additions or Renewal)-Commercial Register (Add or Renew)-Real Estate Taxes
