•To check SBP regulations, WMBL policies & procedures regarding Branchless Banking operations.•Categorize untapped areas in the assigned territory and guide MFS team to increase retail penetration.•Responsible for continuous assistance, supervision and Staffing of regional QA Teams.•Responsible for Suspicious transactions investigation (STR) of regions in least period of time.•Facilitate in performance of complaint & fraud investigations against branchless banking agents and report the outcome to Head Office on daily, weekly, monthly basis.•To liaise with all necessary Regulatory interfaces ensuring full compliance at all times.•Liaison with PMCL MFS & other departments to regulate and resolve channel issues.•Any other duties as assigned by the Manager Business Support & Continuity Branchless banking.

•Ensure compliance to SBP regulations, WMBL policies & procedures regarding Branch-less Banking operations;•Identify, assess and monitor the compliance risk;•Plan & perform visits to branches & Branch-less banking agents to evaluate compliance to the applicable policies & procedures•Facilitate in performance of complaint & fraud investigations against branch-less banking agents and report the outcome to Head Office;•Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Compliance.•Work as a preemptive measure to control the compliance risk inherent in the branch-less banking operations•Ensure that branch management keeps and maintain complete set of records as required under applicable laws, regulation, Policies & procedures;•Follow up the issues or concerns highlighted during the compliance reviews and document the follow up.

•Portfolio and account level review, problem preemption/identification, and reporting •Reviews thoroughly the loan applications for credit judgment, documentation quality, ability to pay calculations off the cash flow statements, and other functions relating to the credit decision process at branch.•Random visits to field for pre and/or post disbursement verifications according to prescribed verification formats. •Proactively pursues the cases relating to fraud and keeps the relevant departments informed about the developments, as the case may be.•Back up maintenance of the system on daily basis & Maintenance of BDO coding.•Coordination with Audit teams during their visits to the branch.•Any other duty/responsibility assigned by the Line Manager and Head of Departments.

•Product canvassing and sales, loan booking and account document processing through routine interaction with RM and peers and periodic with AM/RBM.•Identify new target markets and opportunities to support business growth and propose segment/market penetration approach.• Implement approved sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives by agreeing micro level sales/service delivery plans with RM.•Conduct loan booking in strict compliance. •Field-based client servicing and problem resolution.•Proactive collection perusal, ensuring timely repayment of loans.•Portfolio and account level review, problem preemption/identification, and reporting.•Any other duty/responsibility assigned by the Line Manager.

 Book keeping Preparation of Final Accounts Cash handling. Preparing customer invoices. Filling Tax returns. Handling customer’s ledgers. Preparation of payroll sheets. Labor handling at the Plant sites.
