This portfolio spanned over 50 commercial and SME clients across diverse industries including poultry feed manufacturing and edible oil. My role was critical in pioneering unique financial offerings in the region, particularly as the bank became the sole provider of specialised financing facilities for the poultry feed sector.A significant accomplishment during this period was the expansion of the funded portfolio by 400% and an increase in annual trade volume by 500%, which dramatically enhanced the branch's earnings within just three years.
