- Ensuring On-time Delivery of adidas orders volume produced from 10 factories, annually 487M USD value products shipped to 44 adidas markets.- Daily production tracking and proactively resolve the potential delivery problems having close liaison with factories.- Track the Markets Forecast deviations in Rough cut capacity planning (RCCP) & monthly rolling forecasts, analyze historical forecasting trends and communicate factories to adjust capacity plans to meet customer demand.- Drive complete order management cycle, production planning & short/long term capacity planning, along with seasonal product allocations / transfers of various product types across Pakistan / Jordan supply base per set global sourcing strategy.- Track deliveries of Critical Product launches to ensure on time deliveries .- Monitor all Material commitment programs to ensure minimum leftover liability from factories side- Drive the level loading process across factories to manage peaks / troughs to ensure max product availability- Close liaison with Customer services teams , factories, 3PLs , Finance , Global supply Planning & HKG Allocation teams and other GOPS functions to proactively resolve supply/demand issues.- Monitor the Global Logistic KPIs incl. Booking ,Document submission and Cargo delivery performance of T1s.- Execute key sourcing projects including SPEED (Never out of stock) POs tracking across suppliers.- Analyze the complex data to derive solutions, Fill rates & Delivery KPI reports preparation for senior management.

Leading end to end supply planning activities of adidas Pakistan vendors in getting our products ( Footballs/Bags/Socks/Shin guard ) from manufacturing and delivering the end product to our worldwide markets , with annual volume of 20 million units.- Driving the complete order management process as per adidas group standards, across 5 factories, 1600 SKUs being shipped to 80 adidas DCs worldwide.- Production plan tracking, Rough cut capacity planning & materials sourcing to reconcile supply/demand challenges.- Manage product allocation process along with implementation of mid / long term sourcing strategy for supply base.- Track the Markets Forecast accuracy, seasonal volumes deviation and adjust materials & capacity plans accordingly.- New vendors on-boarding , Efficient vendor sourcing, development and management, evaluate local & foreign suppliers to ensure that the product and services provided with minimum cost with right quality, quantity and time.- Monitor the Logistic KPIs maintaining strong coordination between T1s, 7 freight forwarders (Damco, Kuehne + Nagel, Panalpina, DHL etc.), Global Logistics teams ensuring seamless transportation of cargoes to the warehouses.- Handling of special company SPEED initiatives like Continuous Replenishment concept, In-season creations etc.- Manage the core Planning projects like Real time supply planning & optimization, Labels localization, Preferential duties, SHAS costs reduction, Lead time reductions etc. as well as the routine activities entailing the labeling & Packaging issues , vendor payments etc.- Strong coordination with Global supply planning teams, Order management team, T1s, T2s, Avery Dennison, 3PLs, HQ L&H teams , Finance, Global Logistics , IT and other Global operations departments, with ultimate focus on maximum costs mitigation and high level of customer services.- Ensure organizational effectiveness by direct engagement, motivation, delegation and proper development of 2 direct reports.
