Throughout my year on this role, I feel as though I have achieved so much and pushed through my comfort zone to come out on top. There have been instances where I have had to think on my feet and resolve issues for extremely senior people which I will go into detail through. When I first joined the team, compared to the person I am now - I have completely transformed for the better. Setting up high profile meetings with Managing Directors and Senior Managers of Accenture to ensure the Account is kept under control. Taking actions and contributing ideas on the most effective ways of overcoming issues/ improve the process flow with Account Management. Being honest , no matter how difficult it can be, speaking up and expressing ideas making leadership respect you as an individual and trust any ideas being pitched. Expertise myself in Account Management included MMS, RFP, CDP Control management, meant I could give solid advice to the clients and also to my own team whenever any issues arise.I've also learnt it is key to be a team player, helping anyone in need of a hand and ensure I have knowledge of all accounts in the event that someone is off.Throughout the year I have been here, I feel I have made extremely important connections within the firm, helping Managing Directors with Account Management or helping Senior Managers set up new pieces of work. I've also made very important connections with my colleagues that will hopefully last a lifetime. Throughout the year, I have become a key team member that is reliable, eager to take on new challenges and willing to take help my team member whenever in need. I feel the work I have done speaks for itself and I have a list of contacts that can back up the great work I have done over the year.
