● In a highly competitive selection process, was chosen to lead an engineer equipment maintenance technical training course consisting of over 800 instructor-to-student contact hours, equipment valued at over $1M and service contracts worth $265K.● Directs 7 instruction and training development personnel responsible for providing technical education to 64 senior leaders annually.● Utilizing the Systems Approach to Training, revised, improved, and implemented more challenging training that increased student performance while achieving historically low attrition.● Routinely conducts audits with customers to ensure all course content and equipment remains relevant to the current operational environment.

● Provided multi-functional logistics support for over 500 combat vehicles and 3K support equipment to include 85 M1 Tanks, 165 Bradley Fighting Vehicles and 16 Artillery Howitzers valued at over $700M.● Directed 150-person maintenance and supply staff that conducted operational planning and demand analysis, logistics facilities management, sustainment operations and training, and information technology with a $50M annual operating budget.● Provided oversight of field service contractor support personnel assigned to assist with supply and maintenance operations. ● Responsible for the maintenance and readiness for equipment used to support refueling, rearming, and recovery operations for several attack, ground support and medical evacuation aircraft valued at over $150M.● Directed 55-person maintenance and supply staff that conducted operational planning and demand analysis, logistics facilities management, recovery operations and training, and information technology with a $9M annual operating budget.● Provided logistics support to units required to deploy anywhere in the world within 96 hours of notification.● Improvements to an existing battery reclaim and recharge program in Afghanistan led to a cost savings of $190K and reclaiming of over 1,200 vehicle batteries. These efforts were recognized by the Secretaries of Installation and Environment for both the Army and Air Force.

● Led the logistics support for floating and harbor craft operations with an annual budget of $4M. Sole decision maker accountable to the Executive leadership.● Oversaw a 48-person maintenance platoon supporting $35M worth of vessels and cargo handling equipment conducting waterborne transportation of cargo, personnel and equipment. ● Provided logistical support for 210 heavy equipment transportation trucks delivering vital sustenance supplies, combat equipment, ammunition and personnel into Iraq accumulating over 1M miles over 15 months.● Established a delivery system of critical repair parts and life support supplies from the US into Haiti for relief operations in response to the Haiti earthquake of 2010.
