With over 6 years of experience in the field, I have developed a unique blend of skills that combine a deep understanding of the hospitality industry with hands-on experience in construction sites. Some of my recent achievements include developing design concepts and presentations on existing and proposed projects, liaising with multiple consultants and contractors to resolve design issues, establishing and maintaining a design, construction, and engineering documentation archive, facilitating cost estimation, vendor selection, and negotiation, and conducting regular site visits to review progress and ensure smooth implementation.
