Data and Financial Reporting SupervisorResponsible for 4 projects related to traffic units.Collect the daily data from the daily reports to build the monthly database for each project.Responsible for more than 220 traffic units in Egypt. And our responsibility is related to checking the all transactions system and all amounts collected.Make sure those amounts are made at the right bank account "Check total amount, deposit date, bank stamp, and account number" and check visa receipts "settlement and all accepted receipts" Then after confirming the deposits for all traffic units sent the breakdown to the finance department.Compared the daily reports transactions amounts and our platform "Google Sheets" which included the system amount "cash and visa" for 4 projects and corrected it in case I found the wrong system amount entered or not matching.Making sure that all the reports with the same transaction amounts, for each working day.Follow up on the requests and the complaints until solving it.Making daily analyses & monthly analyses for 4 projects.Making sure that we received feedback from our finance department for each breakdown E-mail, we sent during the month.Follow up on the project's pending issues with the other departments and with system developers until solving it.Follow up on the quality assurance team requests & issues until solving it with the other departments.Sending the meeting requests & write the minutes of meetings.

• Every coordinator was responsible for an area and received daily reports with transactions and money amounts and made sure that everything matched the system.• Receive deposits with the money amount from the operation team make sure that they match the system and make a report about them daily.
