1. (HCM) Involved in providing consultations to health care community centers, NGOs and other health care institutions about updating their strategic plans, missions, and vision. Also, provide consultations on the methods of applying for RFPs and methods of identifying problems within health care institutions due to constant change in management and staff. 2. (OH&S) Provided assessment of the labors’ work environment, Draw policies and procedures on the methods of handling dangerous hazards according to Ontario safety procedures, Deal with ergonomic issues among staff and laborsControl the production of fumes and gases from various factory sources, Deal with WISB for injured workers and other issues that might arise among staff and labors.

Inuvik Regional Hospital support & receive patients from Inuvik (3,504) and the seven communities that are stretched over a wide area on the Arctic sea. Dr. Dib supervised four departments and 18 employees including four supervisors in a unionized environment. The hospital provided health care services to the seven communities with a budget of 2.5 M along with supportive shipping of medical products and materials in and out of the communities as well as auxiliary lab, dental therapists, diagnostic and medical services for the seven communities. The four departments were:1. Laboratory Department: Biochemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, Water analysis from the environments2. X-ray Department: Mamography, X-ray & Ultrasound (Emergency, GP clinics, specialist clinics, acute care, long term care. 3. Medical Records Department: Filing, Assembling, Transcription, Coding, Electronic Medical Records. 4. Dental Department: Dental Therapy Program in Inuvik and other communities, including dental health promotion & prevention against dental decay, dental hygiene, evaluating dental epidemiological studies in the Beaufort Delta Region. My research interests concentrates on the reform and innovation of China's health care system that is mainly targeting the rural and urban insurance reforms in relation to its effect on the decrease of hospitalization costs in acute and chronic diseases.Also, my interests concentrates on the exploring the satisfaction of the urban population with the community health services that serves the underserved population and what are the steps that are being taken by the health policy makers in China to innovate community health centers in order to deliver better health care services.
