▪ Identify and analyse key risk areas for all functions to provide management an overall risk landscape of the organization▪ Implementation and Enhancement of Enterprise Risk Framework across all the functions of the organisation, not limited to policies andprocedures, Risk strategies, Risk Appetite and Key Risk Indictors (KRI)▪ Perform in-depth assessment and advise departments on risk assessment requests within the agreed SLAs▪ Investigate Fraud activities, report and ensure implementation of Anti-fraud policy across the organization.▪ Ensure Incident Management, reporting and monitoring of mitigation plans within agreed TAT`s▪ Ensure all risk assessments are conducted on approved formats and in accordance with the Enterprise Risk Framework.▪ Identifying and analysing existing and potential risks in any product or activity offered or envisaged to be offered▪ Performing Risk Scoring and Early warning indicator (EWI) analysis.▪ Computation of IFRS9 - ECL Provisioning on quarterly basis and relevant Discounted cash flow (DCF) calculations.▪ Engaging with business to identify potential operational risks, performing indicative analysis, and ensuring identified risks are managed.▪ Implementation and testing of BCP and enhancement of BCP measures by ensuring regulatory and ISO standards are met.▪ Perform a bi-annual review of all Credit & Risk governance and operational policies/procedures▪ Facilitate Risk committee meetings by adequately providing information on organizational risk areas and updates on risk assessments▪ Prepare and update monthly risk dashboards and reports to senior management and Board of Directors▪ Prepare and manage Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) through pro-active discussion with relevant departments▪ Facilitate all internal and external audit requirements and support in providing timely submission of required risk data

• Identify, collect and analyze both internal and industry data for effective risk evaluation• Identify and report all significant portfolio and credit risk management issues, assign appropriate ratings, and make suitable recommendations.• Draft and preparation of monthly/quarterly and ad-hoc management risk reports.• Calculate CRWA on a quarterly basis• Assist in development of Risk appetite statement for the organization and department level• Calculate provisions as per IFRS9 and other regulatory requirements.• Provide insight and expertise with EAD, PD, LGD, CCF models • Analyze data and trends to evaluate portfolio performance and provide conclusions for decision making.• Coordinate with the risk owners to collate information and consolidate at ERM level to provide single Risk view• Identify problems, opportunities and deviations and conduct risk vs return analysis.• Assist in undertaking scenario analysis and stress testing as and when required;• Credit Risk Evaluation for Corporate and HNWI clients• Assist in assessing market and credit risk exposure on new credit applications, products and services;• Advise on risk related queries from business units;• Assist all departments to implement operational risk framework and continue to review and update the same as the business continues to evolve;• Performing root cause analyses on identified risk events and incidents to propose improvements and required actions for future.• Maintain Risk Register, Operational Risk database and related incidences database.• Monitoring the implementation of action plans to address medium and red key risk indicators reported monthly to Risk Management.• Promote and maintain a risk focused culture through positivity and information sharing;• Assist other groups on reviews and assessments such as IT security analysis, third party dependency reviews and business continuity updates.• Perform other tasks and duties related to Risk Department as and when assigned

• Central Bank credit risk checking• Periodic Central Bank Report updating• Etihad Credit Bureau checking and Periodic Report updating• Computing credit exposure limits• Conduct relevant credit checking and submit the credit proposal for review to the Department Head.• Ensuring all the documents prepared to be complying with Company policies and Central Bank and Shariah requirements whilst protecting the Company’s interests• Ensure completeness of security/support documentation with proper supporting documents prior to release of credit facility• Maintaining Lodgment of security documents in the system/database and security movements by obtaining sign offs from Credit Risk Manager• Handle all outgoing and incoming bank checking's• Preparation of Shariah related documents seeking approvals and any subsequent communication with Shairah.• Preparation of MIS reports for management and external bodies as and when required.
