 Manage construction process on behave of the client, while ensuring quality of design and execution of the project.  Manage engineers and technicians in a broad range of construction work from site lay out to final finishing.  Responsible for day-to-day coordination, including identifying delays and logistical issues to report and rectify them in conjunction with the management team and associated suppliers.  Review engineering design packages for constructability issues and regular monitoring of construction drawings and specifications.  Review and respond to sub-contractors' technical queries.  Monitor sub-contractors' QC programs which include site inspection for compliance with contract documents and approved submittals.

Worked in GOLDEN PYRAMIDS PLAZA PROJECT (CITY STARS), Heliopolis, Cairo, in which I was supervising and reviewing the structural shop drawing and as-built drawing of three pyramid-shaped buildings and a commercial canter (40 000 m2 built-up area).
