My role as a Sony Entertainment Promoter involved assisting customers with their inquiries and demonstrating television and audio products to prospective customers. My key role was to convince customers to choose Sony products over rival brands.

My job role required me take inbound calls dealing with customers who had tv technical issues, sales and billing queries. With customer satisfaction top priority, I always surpassed customer expectations by often going beyond what my role required of me. By making sure I filled the requirements of the customer, I would then utilize my sales pitch to sell Sky products and subscriptions. I consistently surpassed my sales targets each week which resulted in the manager assigning me the key responsibility of mentoring and training new starters to the company.
