I was working with the Ministry of Interior NADRA as an Assistant Director with the CQM (Corporate Quality Management) Department. My main role was of Customer Care Officer in which my key aim was to provide exceptional Customer Service in which I was responsible for taking a large amount of inbound calls from clients and resolving complex issues in a rapid manner. Rapport and relationship building with clients from different backgrounds was my key quality. Testing of various software applications through blackbox testing method was also my core duty, along with running of SQL scripts and web services to ensure top quality for our international/national clients. Complete documentation and TCR reports along with SOPs were also updated/tested while undergoing certification of a software. Coordinating with clients and internal Departments to make sure the software is in perfect working condition to deploy for our clients. I also underwent FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) for our clients where necessary.
